All students are in quarantine and there are so many things that can distract from studying. That’s why #ADAMUniversity suggests you 3 apps that can help your productivity.
????Todoist. It is a ToDo List, which can be divided into Personal, Work, Shopping and Movies to watch Lists. And now, when any thought pops into your mind, you can write it down in the app.
????Pomodoro. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student. This app is only a timer, but it helps you to concentrate on the task.
????Forest. Forest is an app helping you stay away from your smartphone and stay focused on your work. When you use a timer, you “plant” a tree, and when you want to leave the app, you “kill” the tree. It helps you to stay away from your phone and stay present.
